- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a deep cleaning the other day. Shanna is the best she always takes great care of me and my family . I've been going there a while now and they are a friendly bunch of people . - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Husband was charged $70 even though we have excellent insurance that covers exams at 100%. Then I had a negative experience in that when I complained that the procedure was painful the hygienist responded argumentatively, and after this continued I ended up stopping treatment altogether. I told Dr Hubis about my experience and asked him not to charge insurance company for cleaning (she had only "scraped" two teeth with a metal instrument before I left - no rinse or floss or other treatment of any kind) because I now need to go elsewhere for my cleaning and he actually responded with "whatever". Hygienist never apologized. Poor customer service skills. (The front desk was very nice though).December 21, 2016by Lisa Hinson
